We use Fresha, a free online app that makes scheduling appointments seamless and accurate. Fresha is used by many other nails salons and other businesses around the world and is trusted as a safe and effective online booking system. Creating an account is easy, just go to Fresha.com and sign up. Once complete, you will have the ability to book or cancel appointments plus rescheduling appointments if it is at least 4 hours in advance. If it is under 4 hours in advance, then you will need to reach us by phone.
Walk-ins are welcomed but it is highly encouraged to use our online booking system for the most efficient service. At times, we could be unable to provide you with the treatment you deserve due to a high volume of appointments already made. If you have any questions about this policy, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
Life happens, we understand. We want you to be at ease and relaxed throughout the entire BTS experience. You will not be charged to cancel an appointment with us (except for groups of 4 or more). We do request some form of notification of the cancellation as a courtesy to our nail technicians who need to find others to fill the vacancy. You can cancel within 4 hours of your appointment on our booking platform, Fresha. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 4 hours from your appointment time, you will need to call by phone. If you cancel on Fresha, make sure to check your email for a confirmation of the cancelled appointment.
Our cancellation policy is very flexible and easy to work with. Please just give us a call if you are not able to make an appointment. If you do not call us to cancel an appointment, you will lose the ability to receive services at BTS Nails & Spa.
For guests arriving up to 10 minutes late, lotion and massaging time may be reduced to ensure you still receive a quality service. If you are running 15 minutes late or later, it is preferred that you either reschedule the appointment or wait until an available time slot to receive service.
A 50% deposit is required for group bookings of 4 or more people AND a 12-hour notice at minimum. If a group of 4 or more people do not give a notice of at least 12 hours in advance, that group will lose their deposit. Once you are at our location, your group may pay separately, and a refund of the deposit will be released to the original payer. A minimum of 20% gratuity will be applied to the final bill for groups of 4 people or more.
Acceptable forms of payment include US Dollars, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Android Pay. Personal checks are NOT an acceptable form of payment.
State law requires us to refuse service to anyone who shows signs of unhealthy nails and skin conditions which includes discoloring nails, infected nails, open wounds, contagious conditions, unless the customer provides a written notice from a licensed physician.
To ensure your safety and the top-quality service you deserve, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs that may affect your health or comfort during your appointment. When needed, we can provide accommodations and customize your services to ensure your complete satisfaction.
BTS Nails & Spa stands for quality. We take pride in our work and back it up with a 7-day guarantee for shellac work and 14 days for dipping powder. Anytime within the guaranteed time frame, you can have your nails fixed for free.
We request your full name be provided when booking appointments to ensure the accuracy of scheduling. Appointments booked with nicknames or partial names will be cancelled unless we are able to contact you before the appointment.
We love our furry friends, but fresh painted nails do not. Please keep Fido comfy at home while receiving service at BTS Nails & Spa.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right at anytime to refuse service for any reason. This includes anyone who shows symptoms of nail fungus which includes discoloration, nail thickening or separation between the nail and skin. If you show any of these symptoms and do not have a doctor’s note explaining that your condition is NOT contagious, you WILL BE denied service to ensure the safety of our other guests.
We want you to enjoy your service and are free to use your phones if you are not interrupting the experience of other guests in our salon. This means no talking on the phone except for emergencies.
It is STRONGLY encouraged that our nail technicians receive a minimum of 20% gratuity for their time and hard work.
